sun tanning and fun at the beach 300x200 Summertime is HereWEAR SUN PROTECTION. It is so easy to get burned at the beach. Even on a cooler day, the sun can be brutal. Wear sunscreen at all time–even walking on the Strand or Tybrisa. Make sure your product protects against ultraviolet A (UVA) rays and ultraviolet B (UVB) rays. UVA rays  go deep into the skin, causing skin cancer. UVB rays are to blame for sunburns as they affect just the top layers of skin. BOTH types of rays cause Photoaging, which results in fine lines & wrinkles. For the kids, make sure they have hats, protective clothing, plenty of water, and cover ups. They say that when the temperature climbs higher than 95 degrees, kids under age 5 should not stay out in the sun for more than 45 min.
