St. Johns Wort and sunburn

Sunburn is painful, sunburn is itchy, sunburn can be heavy. It can ruin your holidays and your skin. The best way is prevention: use a good sunscreen and wear protective sun clothing if necessary. And above all: stay out of the sun during noon hours. Sometimes good advice comes too late and then your last resort are the remedies to cure the disease.
