Also remember to drink plenty of water. You are likely to get dehydrated due to the heat of the sun. Try to sit in shade and also eat fruits and drink juices to keep your body cool and nourished. Make sure you use sun screen lotions and creams to avoid getting a sunburn. Apply it every time you go out and wait until it dries before you go into the sun. Sunscreen doesn’t work when it’s still wet.
