WEAR SUN PROTECTION. It is so easy to get burned at the beach. Even on a cooler day, the sun can be brutal. Wear sunscreen at all time–even walking on the Strand or Tybrisa. Make sure your product protects against ultraviolet A (UVA) rays and ultraviolet B (UVB) rays. UVA rays go deep into the skin, causing skin cancer. UVB rays are to blame for sunburns as they affect just the top layers of skin. BOTH types of rays cause Photoaging, which results in fine lines & wrinkles. You need a minimum of SPF 30 and you should go up to a higher SPF when playing tennis, golfing, walking or exercising in the sun. Experts say to reapply screen every 2 hours–even if it’s waterproof. For the kids, make sure they have hats, protective clothing, plenty of water, and cover ups. They say that when the temperature climbs higher than 95 degrees, kids under age 5 should not stay out in the sun for more than 45 min.
WEAR SUNGLASSES. – Our poor eyes have to do a lot of work and they can get damaged by too much sun. Protect them with glasses that are 100 percent UV protected.

I can’t understand why people don’t take enough care for their bodies. Maybe people just don’t see how dangerous Sun can be or maybe they’re willing to suffer for beauty. Both it silly.
